Let's get the party started

First part of the party is on my Facebook page...Starting tonight you can spread the love of my FB page which is PurpleFuntastick Creations as well...I want to reach my goal of 100 "likes" and when I reach that goal...I will be giving away a Scrapbooking Kit which is shown above and already posted on my FB page.

Second part of the party is on this page...I am trying to find a name for my crafty corner of my room ....The boy (my teen son) says I need a name and I agree...so let's see who can come up with a good name for my Crafty Spot and my son and I will discuss it and see who got the NAME I love and want to call my spot. That way my son knows what to tell everyone when they look for me and I can say where I am going..hehe...this is the first challenge and you have till Tuesday at midnight to turn in a name and post the comment below this post...have fun and be creative! we all love to have our own space to craft and maybe you might even find inspiration for your own!! wouldn't that be cool.

..now each day I may or may not have a prize for that challenge and if I don't have a prize your name goes into the Grand Prize drawing I am having at the end of the Celebration and it will be huge but I am not posting a picture till I get my camera on Thursday...cell won't do it justice and it is gonna be something...so think of what it could be...lol...but either way you can win!

Well the Paper Tree Studios Friends, Love and Faith Blog Hop is officially over! Thanks for all the new followers who became new stalkers...um...hehe...I mean new fans...I will be do the drawing tomorrow and will notify the winner by late afternoon. My Project

Now for my project that you see above: I did a card for a friend who been going through a difficult time and when I was asked to use the verse of Isaiah 40:31, I thought I have the perfect LO but then my camera broke (which will be here Thurs. of next week) ...then the printer went out a while back and my new one will not be here till Friday and so I knew I have to pull the picture on the cell and the card was born...I use my Eagle stamp that I had and stamped on the cardstock and then color with my water pencils and then stickle it a bit (mountain caps and the water) and use a round puncher on the corner of the cardstock.....then I taped it on the beige Suede paper then a brown cardstock...then I use another stamp for the Title (God is our Refuge and Strength)...which I love and put those double sided adhesives to it to lift it and give dimension to the card as well and add an ornament to the corner of that. Then inside I also decorated it with a saying along with a little ornament...too bad you really can't see the details up close but next time...hope you like it.

Crazy Wednesday!!

Been working on the cell and cam issues and hoping to get my printer tomorrow and be able to scan the pics took off the old cam with memory chip and that way I can develop and show what I been doing the past two weeks...can't wait!...and also I am a part of the Tree House Studios Blog Hop that starts this weekend....very excited!
