Hello Friends! Day 1

Welcome to my blog! If you are here for the Blessed at 60 and Blogaversary hop then you are at the right place...I am excited and thrilled for Kathy and I wish her a wonderfully blessed birthday and blogaversary !!! :) Today we celebrate her birthday but please check back tomorrow for something that is dear to Kathie and my heart on another project. :)

Here is my card for Kathie:


Here is my recipe: I really love pink and chocolate together and I had this two-sided paper leftover and I thought perfect...so I cut two parts the first being the paisley side and then the polka dot side...and then on the dotted side I used my MS punch to give it dimension to cover the put together of both papers I used my chocolate ribbon and then I used my I-rock tool to do the gem and flower to make it perty! then stamped a sentiment with my rose ink pad and then cut out to shape and size I wanted and then inked it with the same color...and popped dot it to make it stand out a bit...this was a take off a card similar in Paper Craft Magazine...just my version of it...hehe...I hope Kathie likes it! :)
