Here is my card for Susan that I made and she loves purple like I do along with pink and so here is my take for her...
Recipe: I put a doily on the purple(lilac) cardstock then put all the flower and butterfly, and bling on the doily to pretty it up...then I stamped with purple ink (SU) using a pretty Happy Birthday sentiment from Hero Arts...then used my corner rounders after cutting it to size and popped dot it to cut sized diff purple cardstock leftover I had then pasted on doily also and voila! :)
Thanks for stopping by can please comment and give some bloggy love to Staci! :) Don't forget to wish Susan a Happy Birthday too! :)
In His Love,
Be Inspired,
Kari

I am so blessed to have a friend like you Kari :) You know that I love butterflies too? The doily brought me such a happy memory today. I remembered how much joy I used to get looking, touching etc. my Nanny's crocheted doilies. So you have blessed me twice! :) Thanks for sharing in my special birthday weekend.
Happy Scrappin'

beautiful card. I love doily's but don't think of using them on my cards or layouts - they give it such an elegant soft look. Thank you for inspiring me to use them.

A paper doily added to a card? What a great idea...never have done that! You've incorporated my favorite things for cards: butterflies, bling, and flowers. :)
Thanks for sharing.
Such a pretty card it reminds me of a mother's day card that I made for my own mom... it's the colors. Very nice.
